Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Free reconstitution and concentration calculators for research peptides. Pick a compound below, set your bacteriostatic-water volume, and read the resulting concentration (mg/ml) and the mass at every U100 syringe mark. Research Use Only.
How peptide reconstitution works
Reconstitution is the dissolving of a lyophilized research peptide in bacteriostatic water to make a solution. The property that matters is concentration — milligrams of compound per millilitre of solution (mg/ml). Each calculator divides the vial’s milligram strength by the water volume you choose and shows the concentration, the mass in one U100 syringe unit, and the mass each syringe mark holds at that concentration. Volume is the input and mass is the output; the tools never work backward from a target amount and never suggest one.
More water lowers the concentration; less water raises it. Choosing a tidy water volume is the simplest way to land on a round, easy-to-read concentration for a given vial.
Research Use Only. These tools calculate a property of a laboratory solution (concentration). They do not provide, recommend, or imply any amount to administer. For in-vitro research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
