Research Reconstitution Tool
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Reconstitution Calculator
How much bacteriostatic water to reconstitute CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin (10 mg vial)?
For a 10 mg CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you add sets the concentration: 1 ml gives 10 mg/ml; 1.5 ml gives 6.67 mg/ml; 2 ml gives 5 mg/ml; 2.5 ml gives 4 mg/ml; 3 ml gives 3.33 mg/ml. At the 2 ml reference volume the solution is 5 mg/ml (50 mcg per U-100 syringe unit). Research Use Only — these are solution concentrations, not amounts to administer.
| Bacteriostatic water | Concentration | Mass per U-100 unit |
|---|---|---|
| 1 ml | 10 mg/ml | 100 mcg |
| 1.5 ml | 6.67 mg/ml | 67 mcg |
| 2 ml | 5 mg/ml | 50 mcg |
| 2.5 ml | 4 mg/ml | 40 mcg |
| 3 ml | 3.33 mg/ml | 33 mcg |
Each “mass per U-100 unit” figure is the amount one unit on a U-100 insulin syringe (1 unit = 0.01 ml) holds at that concentration — a property of the prepared solution, not an amount to administer.
U100 insulin syringe (1 ml). The liquid shade reflects the concentration; each mark is labelled with the mass it holds at that concentration — not an amount to administer.
How to reconstitute the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend
This is a two-peptide blend — CJC-1295 5 mg and Ipamorelin 5 mg, 10 mg lyophilized in a 1:1 ratio. Reconstitute the single vial with one volume of bacteriostatic water; both peptides dissolve into that same volume and each reaches half of the combined concentration.
At 2 ml the 10 mg vial gives 5 mg/ml combined — 2.5 mg/ml CJC-1295 and 2.5 mg/ml Ipamorelin. At 1 ml that doubles to 5 mg/ml each; at 3 ml it drops to about 1.67 mg/ml each. The calculator shows both component lines per syringe mark.
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin reconstitution — frequently asked questions
How much bacteriostatic water for a 10 mg CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin vial?
1 to 3 ml for the combined 10 mg vial; 2 ml is the default. One volume reconstitutes both peptides at once.
What concentration does each peptide reach in the blend?
Because it is a 5 mg + 5 mg 1:1 blend, each peptide is exactly half the total: 2.5 mg/ml apiece at 2 ml, 5 mg/ml apiece at 1 ml.
Is this the same as reconstituting CJC-1295 on its own?
The method is the same, but here CJC-1295 shares the vial with Ipamorelin at a 1:1 mass ratio, so at any volume each component sits at half the concentration a 10 mg single-peptide vial would give.
How is the reconstituted blend stored?
Refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light; keep the sealed vial at −20°C until reconstituted.
