Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm EST ship the same business day. Free shipping is available on orders over $250. We currently ship to US domestic addresses only. Tracking information is provided for all orders. Products are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain integrity.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of supply chain integrity, we do not accept returns on peptide products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. Replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
