How to reconstitute GLP-2T
GLP-2T ships as a lyophilized powder in seven vial strengths — 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mg. Pick the strength on your vial in the selector first, because the concentration for a given water volume climbs steeply as the vial mass rises. Add bacteriostatic water down the wall and let it dissolve untouched.
Worked example at the low-to-mid strengths: a 15 mg vial at 2 ml is 7.5 mg/ml, and a 20 mg vial at 2 ml is 10 mg/ml. Halve the water to 1 ml and each figure doubles. The calculator holds your volume fixed and rescales the concentration the moment you switch vial size.

How much bacteriostatic water for a GLP-2T vial?
1 to 3 ml sets the concentration. With seven strengths from 10 to 60 mg the same volume lands very differently — 2 ml on a 15 mg vial is 7.5 mg/ml, on a 20 mg vial it is 10 mg/ml. Set the size, then the volume.
I have a 20 mg GLP-2T vial — what concentration will 2 ml give?
20 mg over 2 ml is 10 mg/ml. At 1 ml the same vial is 20 mg/ml and at 3 ml it is about 6.7 mg/ml. The calculator prints the mass at every U-100 mark for that pairing.
Why does picking the GLP-2T vial size matter so much?
Because the strengths span a 6−fold range (10 to 60 mg). A 10 mg and a 60 mg vial at the same 2 ml differ by six times in concentration, so the size selector must match your vial before the table is meaningful.
How is reconstituted GLP-2T stored?
