How much bacteriostatic water to reconstitute KLOW (80 mg vial)?

For a 80 mg KLOW vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you add sets the concentration: 1 ml gives 80 mg/ml; 1.5 ml gives 53.33 mg/ml; 2 ml gives 40 mg/ml; 2.5 ml gives 32 mg/ml; 3 ml gives 26.67 mg/ml. How to reconstitute the KLOW blend

KLOW is a four-peptide blend — GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg, 80 mg lyophilized in total. It is the GLOW three-peptide set with KPV added as a fourth, so the vial mass is 80 mg rather than 70. Reconstitute the whole vial with one volume of bacteriostatic water.

At 2 ml the 80 mg blend gives 40 mg/ml overall — GHK-Cu 25 mg/ml, and BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV each at 5 mg/ml. Across 1–3 ml the calculator returns the per-component concentration for every syringe mark.

What is the difference between KLOW and GLOW when reconstituting?

KLOW adds a fourth peptide, KPV 10 mg, on top of the GLOW set, so total mass is 80 mg versus GLOW’s 70. Same water volumes; the extra KPV fraction appears as its own row in the concentration table.
