For a 10 mg BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you add sets the concentration: 1 ml gives 10 mg/ml; 1.5 ml gives 6.67 mg/ml; 2 ml gives 5 mg/ml; 2.5 ml gives 4 mg/ml; 3 ml gives 3.33 mg/ml. How to reconstitute the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend
The BPC-157 + TB-500 blend is co-formulated in a single 20 mg lyophilized vial — 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500 at a fixed 1:1 ratio. Because both peptides share the vial, one water volume reconstitutes the whole blend at once. Add bacteriostatic water down the vial wall and let the powder dissolve without shaking. The calculator returns the combined concentration in mg/ml and breaks the table down to the mass of each peptide at every syringe mark.
At 20 mg total, 1 ml of water gives 20 mg/ml combined (10 mg/ml of each peptide), 2 ml gives 10 mg/ml combined, and 3 ml gives about 6.7 mg/ml combined. The per-peptide split is always half the combined figure because the ratio is 1:1.
