How to reconstitute TB-500
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide fragment of thymosin beta-4, supplied as a 10 mg lyophilized powder. Reconstitute it by drawing bacteriostatic water into the vial down the wall and letting the powder dissolve; do not shake. The 10 mg mass divided by your water volume fixes the concentration.
At the 10 mg strength: 1 ml gives 10 mg/ml, 2 ml gives 5 mg/ml and 3 ml gives about 3.3 mg/ml. The calculator turns the volume you enter into the concentration and the mass carried at each U-100 syringe mark.
