How much bacteriostatic water to reconstitute GLOW (70 mg vial)?
For a 70 mg GLOW vial, the volume of bacteriostatic water you add sets the concentration: 1 ml gives 70 mg/ml; 1.5 ml gives 46.67 mg/ml; 2 ml gives 35 mg/ml; 2.5 ml gives 28 mg/ml; 3 ml gives 23.33 mg/ml. How to reconstitute the GLOW blend
GLOW is a three-peptide blend in one vial — GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, 70 mg lyophilized in total. You reconstitute the whole vial with a single volume of bacteriostatic water; every component shares that water, so each reaches a concentration in proportion to its own mass.
At 2 ml the 70 mg blend gives 35 mg/ml overall — GHK-Cu at 25 mg/ml, BPC-157 at 5 mg/ml and TB-500 at 5 mg/ml. Use 1–3 ml to move that band up or down; the calculator prints the per-component split for the volume you set.

How much bacteriostatic water should I add to a 70 mg GLOW vial?
1 to 3 ml for the whole 70 mg vial. One volume reconstitutes all three peptides at once; 2 ml is the default and gives 35 mg/ml combined.
What concentration does each peptide in GLOW reach?
Each component divides by the same water volume. At 2 ml: GHK-Cu 25 mg/ml (its 50 mg fraction), BPC-157 5 mg/ml and TB-500 5 mg/ml (each a 10 mg fraction).
Why is GHK-Cu the largest fraction of GLOW?
The blend is 50 mg GHK-Cu to 10 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500. GHK-Cu is therefore five-sevenths of the 70 mg mass, so it carries the highest concentration at any given volume.
How is the reconstituted GLOW blend stored?
Refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light; keep the sealed vial at −20°C until reconstituted.
