How to reconstitute CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 without DAC (also written CJC-1295 no-DAC) is supplied as a lyophilized powder in 5 mg and 10 mg vials. Choose the vial strength, then set the bacteriostatic-water volume; add the water down the inside wall of the vial and let the peptide dissolve without shaking. The calculator divides the milligrams by the millilitres to give the concentration in mg/ml plus the mass at each U100 syringe mark.
At 2 ml the 5 mg vial gives 2.5 mg/ml and the 10 mg vial gives 5 mg/ml. Across 1–3 ml the 5 mg vial spans 5 to about 1.67 mg/ml and the 10 mg vial spans 10 to about 3.3 mg/ml.
