How to reconstitute Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide supplied as a lyophilized powder in 5 mg and 10 mg vials. Select the vial strength you hold, then add bacteriostatic water down the wall and let the powder go into solution without agitation. Concentration is the vial milligrams divided by the water volume.

At 2 ml the 5 mg vial gives 2.5 mg/ml and the 10 mg vial gives 5 mg/ml. Over the 1–3 ml range the 5 mg vial spans 5–1.67 mg/ml and the 10 mg vial spans 10–3.3 mg/ml; the calculator redraws the syringe table as you change either input.
