How to reconstitute Glutathione

Glutathione is a tripeptide (glutamate–cysteine–glycine) supplied as a 1500 mg lyophilized powder — the largest single-vial mass in the reconstitution range. It therefore takes the widest water volume in the catalog, 3–10 ml. Add bacteriostatic water down the vial wall and swirl gently; do not shake.

What concentration does a 1500 mg Glutathione vial give?

Why does Glutathione use more water than the peptides?

Concentration is mass over volume, and at 1500 mg the mass is roughly two orders of magnitude above a milligram-scale peptide vial. Spreading it across 3–10 ml keeps the solution workable rather than saturated.
