Refund Policy

Solira Lab refund and return policy for research peptide orders.

No Returns on Peptide Products

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the critical importance of maintaining supply chain integrity, Solira Lab does not accept returns on peptide products. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back into our inventory as we cannot verify proper storage and handling conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
• A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to original payment method may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Reconstitution Supplies

Unopened reconstitution supplies (bacteriostatic water) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Contact us for a return authorization before sending any items back.
