Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150
  • Flat-rate shipping on orders under $150

Delivery Area

Solira Lab currently ships to US domestic addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time. PO Boxes are accepted.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all orders via email once your shipment has been dispatched. You can also view tracking details in your account dashboard.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us, as carriers occasionally experience delays.
