All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for laboratory research and scientific investigation. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or therapeutic applications. By purchasing from Solira Lab, you certify that:

  • You will use all products solely for legitimate research purposes
  • You will not use any products for human consumption or administer them to any person or animal
  • You assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Solira Lab reserves the right to modify pricing and product availability at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Solira Lab does not store your payment card information.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm EST ship the same business day. Free shipping is available on orders over $150. We currently ship to US domestic addresses only. Tracking information is provided for all orders. Products are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain integrity.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of supply chain integrity, we do not accept returns on peptide products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. Replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Solira Lab LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any products purchased from this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All products offered by Solira Lab are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development use. They are not formulated, marketed, or approved for human consumption or use in animals. No statements on this website have been reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and neither our content nor our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Solira Lab operates as a chemical supplier. Solira Lab is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as described in Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and Solira Lab is not an outsourcing facility as described in Section 503B of the same Act.
