Are research peptides legal?
Yes. Research peptides are legal to purchase, possess, and use for legitimate scientific and laboratory research purposes in the United States. They are sold as research chemicals, not as drugs, supplements, or food products. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
What does "Not for Human Consumption" mean?
All products sold by Solira Lab are classified as research-grade chemicals. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human use. The "Not for Human Consumption" designation indicates these products are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and are not formulated, tested, or approved for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans or animals.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing. Lot-specific COAs are available on individual product pages when available, or upon request by contacting our team. Our COAs include HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry identity confirmation.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the need to maintain supply chain integrity, we do not accept returns on peptide products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How do I place a bulk order?
You can add any of our 10-pack products directly to your cart from the product page or the Wholesale page. 10-packs offer approximately 20% savings over single-vial pricing. For custom quantities beyond 10 packs, please contact us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Solira Lab ships to US domestic addresses only. All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Orders placed before 3pm EST ship the same business day.
Why does my vial look nearly empty?
Research peptides are sold in milligram quantities (typically 5-10mg). This is a very small amount of material that may appear as a thin film or small pellet at the bottom of the vial. We do not add fillers or bulking agents. The quantity stated on the label is the actual amount of active compound in the vial, verified by our testing process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. Cryptocurrency payments are also accepted. All transactions are processed securely and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
How should I store my research peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored sealed, dry, and protected from light. For long-term storage, -20°C is recommended. For short-term storage, 2-8°C is acceptable. Once reconstituted using sterile technique, most peptide solutions are stable for up to 30 days when refrigerated at 2-8°C. All handling should follow standard laboratory protocols.
